Beep Test Training Pack
In addition to the standard beep test audio (which is available with a maleand female voice), we have created some audio files which can help in your preparation for the beep test: Beep Test Training Levels audio files and Beep Test Blank: No levels announced, only the beeps! These files are part of the beep test package you can purchase. See details.
Beep Training Levels
With the beep test training level files, you can help prepare for the beep test by running at your target level, or even higher. This collection of eight audio files have been created to set the required running pace for the levels 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20 and 21. There are 20 minutes of the same pace, with each minute indicated. You can even try the final level 21 to see how fast it is! No one has ever reached that level in the full beep test - how long can you last at this speed?
Beep Test Blank
The other audio file in the training pack is the Beep Test Blank: No levels announced, only the beeps! This track is for those who "fear" the beep test. If the thought of hearing "level 4....level 5..." sends shivers down your spine, then this is the track for you! This is the audio of the standard beep test without level indicators, all the way up to level 21. You won't know what level you are at, so you will need to time yourself and use this beep table to work out your actual level achieved.
