There is more than just a beep test audio file ...

To supplement the amazing free information on The Beep Test Guide website, we have created a selection of beep test related resources that you can purchase. First of all, make sure you have downloaded our free beep test audio file.

The package includes two versions of the beep test audio, with a male or female voice announcing the levels, plus there are other files to help you train for the test, track results, and maximize your score.

To assist you with training for the beep test, there are continuous tracks at eight different speeds, as well as an audio track with no level indicators - only the beeps! In addition to these audio files, there is also an eBook Beep Test Guide, which includes a beep test specific consent form, a recording sheet to help with the scoring, plus lots of other information to help prepare, conduct and analyze your beep test. The round it off, there is an Excel spreadsheet with an off-line calculator, and tables for entering, tracking, analyzing and presenting results.

  1. The 20m Beep Test (male voice) — the complete test audio, with a male voice announcing (now FREE).
  2. The 20m Beep Test (female voice) — the complete test audio, with a female voice announcing each level.
  3. Training Pack — A set of beep tracks set at a constant speed (the required running pace for the levels 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20 and 21) and a 'Beeps Only' track (a 'blank' beep test without the levels announced).
  4. Beep Test Guide eBook — 12 page booklet including a consent form, preparation guide, warm-up, test instructions, recording sheet, norms plus much more.
  5. Excel Spreadsheet File — a spreadsheet for entering, tracking and analyzing the data, now with a built-in off-line calculator for determining VO2max and ratings from the beep test score.
